Usually, I write valuable tips and insights for our personal development but I wanted this article to share with you my newest achievement. I’m beyond happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation! What a win!
This is not just a new achievement but a journey of learning and development!
I started this process when I got my exact 100 hours coaching hours as it requires. At that time I was pregnant and wanted to finish with everything before giving birth. At the same time, I was publishing my book.
Yes, I was having the due date as a deadline and checking things out of my list!
In reality, most of them didn't happen the way I envisioned them but now I know why!
I was rushing so many things at the same time, and that is one of my biggest learnings from this year and this achievement!
We live in a world where we believe rushing things is normal, but actually, it is not! That is one of the many reasons the anxiety and stress levels have increased so much recently.
The only one that is running you, is yourself. Taking the right time to accomplish your new milestones requires so much motivation and a positive mindset, as everything moves so fast.
Remember that the right time doesn't mean slow!
Everything happens at the right time!
The moral of the story here is that feeling lost, frustrated, or disappointed because you didn't achieve your goal in the time you set, is actually stopping you from achieving your goal from a different direction. Goals and achievements are not just a thing to mark from our list. They are bigger for that, they are a journey full of learning, growth, and development! Embrace it and always remember that mindset is your key to success, not time.
