Where is your motivation?

Owning a business indeed has a lot of ups and downs. You set the milestone of the “when this happens I will be able to do that”. But in reality until that milestone becomes a reality you find yourself losing motivation, questioning your abilities, your worth and the list goes on.

On the other hand you believe that when you achieve that everything will be rolled into your feet super easily.

I know it is a constant fight to keep YOU motivated.

Staying motivated can be a challenge when pursuing a goal!

Below I am giving you several tips to keep you motivated and aligned with your goal.

  • Find you why: It’s really important to find and know your why. When you know your why - your life's purpose, it makes it easier to set your actions on where you are going. Finding your why means to know what matters the most in your life, and what decisions are aligned with your goal. ( I have created a FREE tool for that)

  • Set a clear and specific goal: Make sure you have a clear and specific goal that you are working towards. This will help you stay focused and motivated.

  • Break your goal into smaller, achievable steps: Breaking your goal into smaller, achievable steps can make it feel less daunting and more manageable. Celebrate each small accomplishment along the way.

  • Visualize success: Visualize yourself achieving your goal and imagine how it will feel when you get there. This can help keep you motivated and focused on your goal.

  • Find inspiration: Look for inspiration from others who have achieved similar goals. Read success stories, watch motivational videos, and surround yourself with positive and supportive people.

  • Hold yourself accountable: Set up a system of accountability for yourself, such as tracking your progress or sharing your goals with a friend or a coach. This will help you stay on track and motivated.

  • Take breaks: Taking breaks and allowing yourself to rest can help you avoid burnout and maintain your motivation in the long run.

Remember, motivation can come and go. It's ok to not feel yourself sometimes but always remember that you are worthy of your success and CAN enjoy and succeed when you believe in yourself!

Have you been losing your motivation?

I am always here to support you and keep you motivated!!
