We often move from one win to another without even noticing it. And most importantly we don't even count our wins. We say this is nothing. There is no such thing as nothing! Like working out, it is a win, it helps you to stay healthy and energetic. Taking a day off is a huge win also.
The first step is to acknowledge our wins and then embrace them. Set your goal and how you will celebrate it. For example when the x goal is achieved I will go to a special restaurant to celebrate it, to enjoy my hard work. To embrace my win!
Measuring your growth helps you to know where you stood in relation to the past and to your future goal. Acknowledging your wins will let you know where you are making the progress and encourage you to take the next steps toward your goal.
Celebrating your new exciting progress, your positive behavior, you financial gain all this are examples of wins.
We love celebration, so we do not celebrate ourselves, our wins!
Tracking your wins and celebrating them will motivate you so much for each time you need to take action toward your goal.
