How to write a daily to-do list and stop procrastination!

How to write a daily to-do list and stop procrastination!

Procrastination is so often in our entrepreneurship journey especially when we have a billion things to do! You don't know where to start and you end up feeling so overwhelmed. But let me ask you a few questions: Are you doing a daily to-do list? Are you sticking with it? Or do you feel like procrastinating?

I see that a lot in entrepreneurship as there are billion things to do daily! And not to mention the new entrepreneurs that transition from the 9-5 to the flexible mindset as is what they first wanted to achieve with their own business!

I know is hard, as we focus on structure solutions and we don't actually acknowledge the now! What do I mean by that? We need to consider where we are now, and all the aspects of our life, don’t blindside and set unrealistic schedules that don't align with us!

I invite you to daily write your to-do list but make them specific, and add numbers that define the priorities. Then define 5 of them as the 5 priorities of the day! I usually write 5 max 10 tasks, so it doesn’t get overwhelming! That does not mean that tasks are not transferred on the next day, because they were not a priority! Or my energy wasn't aligned with them on the now!

Yes, your energy is important, if you don’t feel like doing it, dumb it and proceed to the next one! If you push yourself on something you don't feel like doing now it will only going to cost more time and energy! Entrepreneurship provides flexibility after all is it? If it’s not from you, you can adjust and make it!

Note that is super important to be specific and actually write all your tasks that need your time! Yes, emails and messages too!

Let me know in the comments if you have ever tried that, and how it was for you!

P.S. I would love to support you in finding your way to deal with procrastination.
