Self-knowledge is the 1st step towards your evolution
Updated: Jan 31
Firstly, let's clarify that our personal development presupposes a process of self-observation, self-knowledge and self-awareness.
A better relationship with ourselves can take us to the next level. So we must first work on the relationship with ourselves in order to be able to go to the next level.
When I experienced personal growth, I felt that I discovered first myself and then all the keys to take my life to the next level. I was reading books in general, but in practice and in the sense I did not know what personal development was. I first entered the self-knowledge stage so that I could then evolve.
That is why I consider self-knowledge the first step and the first tool, in our evolution.
Self-knowledge accompanies us in recognition and therefore in change. First we need to understand the X point, that is the now, in order to be able to go to the Y point. In other words, we need to understand our now in order to be able to work with it - self-knowledge.
In addition, as long as we understand ourselves, we can more easily understand those around us and have better communication and relationship.
So once you have realized who you are, where you want to go, what your dreams are, your goals, your concerns or otherwise your limiting beliefs, then your evolution and personal development can take place.
Evolution is outside your comfort zone. I need to get out of my comfort zone so that a change can take place.
Evolution cannot take place unless you allow it.
Evolution is a constant discovery.
Change and evolution are an integral part of our existence and very important. So if you do the same thing, you have the same routines and actions it's clear that this will not lead you to a different point.
So you need to first bring change and evolution in your life to be able to see different results, that is, to change action and behavior.
When we prepare for change we are often afraid that something wrong will happen, a mistake let's say. But guess what? there is no mistake, but a lesson, an evolution. Remember that whatever happens in our lives is here to teach us something.
Fear is an emotion, which practically does not exist, we have created it and with the right tools we can erase it, work on it, prevent this emotion that we have created.
I first take 100% responsibility for my actions and move forward.
I am always here to support you to move forward and design your wins!
