One of my favorite tools as a coach is Self-reflecting, it gives you so much perspective. Self-reflection is a process in which you look "inside" yourself to examine your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and actions. Reflecting supports us in gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves and our lives. Self-reflection can be done in various ways, including journaling, meditation, or simply taking quiet moments to think and assess.


Moreover, reflecting is one of the reasons coaching is so powerful as it provides a comfortable space to reflect. Self-reflection can be done in various ways, including journaling, meditation, or simply taking quiet moments to think and assess.
