Positive affirmations

Positive affirmations are one of your key behaviors to yourself. An affirmation is usually a sentence, full of powerful words that are put together like a positive statement. This sentence is aimed to dive into your conscious and unconscious mind to motivate you, to challenge you, to push you to reach your full potential in life.


Positive affirmations, especially the ones that are for ourselves, have really powerful effects, that can boost your confidence, minimize your anxiety, and stress, and release you from some of your limited beliefs.


They can boost you with the sense that you can do it.


These are short phrases which when repeated often, have the power to stop the negative thoughts we all have about ourselves and life in general and in their place to install other, "positively charged"


Now that we are clear what positive affirmations are, let's see what a positive affirmation looks like.


Let's see some Examples "I, Christina, enjoy free time" " I love my healthy self"

You are referring to now, without any words like will, try, and any other dilemma words. Don't forget that they have a positive impact.


As I have told you many times now, we define our lives and this is a great tool to achieve positive results. Because where we focus grows.


Positive affirmations are

  1. Formulated in the present tense, in the now, they have already happened.

  2. Express ourselves with a positive impact.

  3. Be crystal clear.

  4. Repeat them often during the day and every day. Make them part of your power routine.

  5. Can be used in all areas of your life
