8 ways to help you heal

I have recently asked this question and thought that it is a great opportunity to share with you my views also.


First of all let's normalize the word heal. Healing needs acknowledgement and willingness. It takes courage and decluttering. But the outcome it's always rewarding.


Let's break down the 8 ways to your way of healing.

  1. Starting from the root, is to perceive, recognize and identify it. I realize that I have a trauma, an x issue, so then I go into the process of recognition, and the identification of where the drama came from. Every word and action has a different value.

  2. The second step is to accept it, we have recognized it, identified it and now we have to accept it so we can work toward our healing. I have a saying that a fact that is already happening is a story that is already written, you can not unwrite it, but you can definitely work towards a different outcome.

  3. Find what triggers that pain. How is this trauma triggered? what event brought it to the surface? Identify that and what is the negative belief behind it. Who actually is a limited belief.

  4. Journaling! Journaling is my favorite tool / exercise. It's so powerful, it's your sharing with the paper. An unfiltered sharing, it can be full of tears, or full of ugly words or both. Sometimes after that deep sharing I tear up the paper and feel so relieved.

  5. Is this true? Honestly now is that trauma real? or its our ego voice? I suggest you do a little self coaching with these questions and ask if the x pain, limited belief really exists.

  6. Theta healing it's a really powerful method to work with limiting beliefs.

  7. Positive belief on, convert your negative and limiting beliefs into positive ones. You deserve this.

  8. Take a deep breath and change your behavior. Taking deep breaths enables more air to flow into your body and can help calm your nerves, reducing stress and anxiety. Once you have left the anger mode you can then change your behavior.

Note also that some behaviors have nothing to do with you! As I call it, there are some people that simply have another manual from you.


Don't let any event fulfill you with negative beliefs. EVERYTHING happens for a better outcome!


Although it's really important to remember that healing needs time, but more importantly love to our self and this will bring you ultimate inner peace.
